Fatal Claw Guides Hub
Systems, binds, achievements, and specs — not a second walkthrough.
The Guides Hub is the practical layer of this wiki: how Kisha actually plays, what to bind, how saves and difficulty work, which Steam trophies are confirmed, and whether your PC or Deck can run the 1.0 build. Story routing lives in the Walkthrough Hub. Named fights live in the Bosses Hub. Loadouts live in the Abilities Hub. Use this hub when you need systems, not a beat-by-beat path through every room.
First hour: use the walkthrough, not a second starter page
If you have not left the Origin Laboratory yet, start with Getting Started. That page is the first-hour route: Carox, healing, early Cabitz, and the first real locks. This hub does not duplicate that walkthrough. Come back here for Beginner Tips after you understand movement, or jump to How to Play if you want the combat loop explained before you take a named fight.
Pages in this hub
Beginner Tips
Beginner Tips is the short survival list: keep healing a priority, pin dead ends on Carox, pick up Cabitz as soon as you see them, plan backtracking around Lyani’s Claws, and treat the Aphotic Marsh as a 1.0 late region rather than a detour from the opening hours.
Controls
Controls covers keyboard and controller, rebinding, Look Up / Look Down, analog stick dead zone, Steam overlay screenshots, and Steam Deck notes. Default Metroidvania-style binds are described only as a starting guess; confirm everything in the in-game customization menu.
How to Play
How to Play is the systems overview: claw attacks, healing, Engraved Skills, Blink, difficulty and accessibility sliders, checkpoint saves, owl statues after bosses, and Stone Warp.
Achievements
Achievements explains the 51 Steam achievements without pretending this wiki has a verified name for every trophy. Ten official names are highlighted with cautious notes. The rest are tracked in the Steam overlay, and the in-game Codex grew as Early Access expansions added entries.
System Requirements
System Requirements lists the published Windows minimum and recommended specs, 3 GB storage, language support on Steam, full controller support, and Steam Deck guidance. The game is playable with a controller on Deck. This wiki does not claim an official Steam Deck Verified badge.
Steam Deck
Steam Deck is the handheld page: Playable rating, Cloud saves, TDP notes, and why gyro is not a published feature.
Nintendo Switch
Nintendo Switch exists because people search for a cartridge that is not in the 1.0 Steam launch. Publisher comments describe a console expansion including Switch in the second half of 2026. No day is posted here.
Shared facts these pages assume
Fatal Claw is a single-player 2D action Metroidvania by NDEV GAMES, published by Com2us Holdings. Version 1.0 launched on Steam for Windows on 26 August 2026 after Early Access from 18 November 2025. The list price is $24.99, with a 20% introductory offer through 9 September 2026. It is single-player only. Steam Cloud is supported. The Carox map is available from the start. Regions you will hear about on this wiki include Origin Laboratory, Moss Cave, Elord Castle, Strigine Quarry, Black Canyon, Higasha Tundra, Jayma’s Dungeon, the Kannir Belt, and the 1.0 Aphotic Marsh.
If a sentence on an older fan page names a place or boss this hub does not use, treat the Steam store text, patch notes, and Updates Hub as the higher-priority source.
How to use the rest of the wiki from here
After the first hour, follow the Full Walkthrough and All Areas. If a named boss is blocking you, open the Bosses Hub. If you are choosing Cabitz or Engraved Skills, use Cabitz Builds and Engraved Skills. Store-page context sits on the Review. Official socials sit on Community. The fan Wiki overview is the home door if you arrived from a search result.
When you are stuck, ask a systems question first — heal dry, wrong bind, difficulty too high, missed Stone Warp, skipped Cabitz — before assuming you are on the wrong story route. Most early walls in Fatal Claw are resource or tool walls, not missing lore.
What this hub will not invent
These pages do not invent a full official keyboard table, a complete 51-name trophy list, a save-anywhere button, or console dates that have not been announced. Where a setting exists but the exact in-game label is unclear, the text says so and points you at the pause menu. That is slower to read than a fake table, and it stays accurate after 1.0.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Where should I start if I just bought Fatal Claw?
Read Getting Started in the Walkthrough Hub for the first hour, then return here for Beginner Tips, Controls, and How to Play. Do not look for a second getting-started page under Guides.
Does Fatal Claw run on Steam Deck?
It is playable with full controller support on Steam Deck. This wiki does not treat that as an official Deck Verified claim. Check System Requirements for Windows specs and Deck notes.
How many Steam achievements are there?
Steam lists 51 achievements at 1.0. Expansions added more Codex entries and trophies during Early Access. See the Achievements guide for the ten highlighted official names and how to track the rest.
Is there a photo mode?
There is no separate photo-mode feature described in official materials. Use Steam overlay screenshots (F12). In-game drones and map markers work like screenshot pins for places you want to revisit.
Can I make combat easier without restarting?
Yes. Difficulty and accessibility sliders exist, including per-category options. Players commonly talk about Easy, Normal, and Hard as labels, then fine-tune combat separately. Confirm the exact menu names in-game.
